As a dual citizen of Canada and the USA, Mary has a unique viewpoint of business practices in both countries. She and her family moved to Canada from the US in 1999 to open the country market for a US multi-national organization. Fred Vanderlip is a seasoned business professional and trusted advisor to the corporate, government and non-profit sectors. Fred’s business experience started on his father’s vineyard, where long-term planning was critical to its success. Fred then spent 2 decades with a major Canadian Chartered bank, working in a variety of roles, assisting small, medium and large corporations access capital, facilitate trade through import/export letters of credit, finance day to day operations, along with point of sale support and financing. After his banking career, Fred’s consulting work has taken him from coast to coast, and into the USA, working with a variety of clients, ScotiaBank International, BearingPoint, EDS, HP, General Dynamics IT, and Deloitte providing strategic, sound subject matter and procurement advice. Fred has experience on both sides of the procurement process as well as outsource and in-source of business operations.
