His Diplomatic skills and open communication style are key beyond the Canadian border. This experience has taken him to Thailand, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Egypt, Greece, Spain, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Argentina. His style is to keep a focus on the organization’s strategy and build consensus, working at all levels of an organization, be it operational, management, executive or in the boardroom. Chris understands how to carry out business strategies related to business startup and growth. As a senior advisor, provides guidance through reviewing governance, oversight, organizational design and service delivery, making recommendations for improvement. Mary’s client facing efforts have been in the international arena, where she has opened new markets and secured sustainable business for the organizations she represented for 31 years. Mary's sales career has taken her to multiple countries and continents, where she has worked hard to understand her clients’ requirements, priorities and unique business cultures. As a dual citizen of Canada and the USA, Mary has a unique viewpoint of business practices in both countries. She and her family moved to Canada from the US in 1999 to open the country market for a US multi-national organization. Her experiences over the years have taught her the importance of understanding and navigating the distinctive business cultures that exist north and south of the border. Mary secured $ 120 Million in new and recurring business in Canada. She also secured foundational blocks for building future business success, from winning contract vehicles to preserving relevant client and partner relationships. Fred Vanderlip is a seasoned business professional and trusted advisor to the corporate, government and non-profit sectors. Fred’s business experience started on his father’s vineyard, where long-term planning was critical to its success. Fred then spent 2 decades with a major Canadian Chartered bank, working in a variety of roles, assisting small, medium and large corporations access capital, facilitate trade through import/export letters of credit, finance day to day operations, along with point of sale support and financing. After his banking career, Fred’s consulting work has taken him from coast to coast, and into the USA, working with a variety of clients, ScotiaBank International, BearingPoint, EDS, HP, General Dynamics IT, and Deloitte providing strategic, sound subject matter and procurement advice. Fred has experience on both sides of the procurement process as well as outsource and in-source of business operations.
